Students, staff, faculty and TC community family members joined in Russell Courtyard to welcome new and returning international students and scholars for 2008-09. The International Welcome Reception, co-sponsored by OIS and the International Outreach Committee of the TC Alumni Council, concluded a series of special events celebrating the new academic year.
